Art Therapy

Please email Julie to register your interest in the upcoming children or adults Art Therapy classes and workshops for during the school term or over the school holidays at The Blue Shed. No art experience whatsoever is required to benefit from the relaxing and playful process of art therapy. A variety of techniques designed to increase wellbeing, such as sensorimotor Guided Drawing and collage would be explored, using a variety of materials, such as pastels, crayons and paint.

It is difficult to convey in words the depth and power of the expressive arts process. Really, you must taste it to understand it.’

Julie Reardon wellbeing workshop seal

Julie conducted a beautifully concise and relaxing workshop. She filled all who attended with a sense of confidence and ability. I feel Pellowah will complement my existing healing modalities nicely. The Pellowah workshop helped answer a few questions about energy healing. Thanks Jules – beautiful.
