Julie Reardon

Over 30 years exploring and practicing many natural wellbeing therapies, Julie Reardon’s found working holistically makes all the difference. The body, mind and spirit all have a profound effect on one another, so she’s happy to work on whichever level the body indicates is the priority when it’s muscle tested.

As part of the team that created Friendship Food’s cookbook, Julie was inspired to study naturopathy, nutrition and eating psychology to add to the yoga, kinesiology, aromatherapy, essences and wellbeing therapies she offers, so a holistic and sustainable approach to wellbeing and weightloss is available.
